Sonya is a Manager of Back Office Operations on the Accounting and Operations team. Sonya has been with Chartwell since 2017. She is also involved in several committees including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Investment Guidelines and Brokerage Committees. Prior to joining Chartwell, she worked as a Financial Reporting Specialist Supervisor at SEIC and as a Financial Reporting Specialist at BNY Mellon.

• B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Pierce College

Ariel is an Operations Specialist at Chartwell Investment Partners. Ariel joined Chartwell in 2022. Prior to joining Chartwell, Ariel worked at Bank of NY Mellon as a Senior NAV Operations Investment Accountant.

Eric is an Operations Specialist at Chartwell Investment Partners. Eric has been with Chartwell since 2010. Prior to joining Chartwell, Eric worked at Sterling Capital Management and the Vanguard Group.

Cindy is the Director of Operations and has been with Chartwell since our inception in 1997.  Cindy is responsible for overseeing the operations group. She is also the Compliance Officer who heads the Brokerage Committee and performs the internal trade execution reviews. She is also a member of the Technology Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, Cindy worked as a Manager of Operations at Wolf Webb Management.
