Michael J. McCloskey

Mike is a Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales at Raymond James Investment Management.  Chartwell Investment Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Investment Management. Previously, Mike was the Director of Client Services at Chartwell and has been responsible for overseeing the firm’s institutional distribution efforts. He was a founding partner of Chartwell in 1997 and served on the firm’s Executive Committee as well the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to Chartwell, he was a Vice President at Delaware Investment  Advisors. He also worked as Director of Marketing at RTE Asset Management and at the Travelers Asset Management Group.

Nicholas Elias, CFA

Nick is a Vice President of Institutional Sales at Raymond James Investment Management.  Chartwell Investment Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Investment Management. Nick joined Raymond James Investment Management as a Senior Associate on the same sales team and was promoted to his current position.  Previously, Nick worked at the firm’s parent company Raymond James Financial as a portfolio specialist and, prior to that, for Morgan Stanley.

Jack A. Brodsky, CFA, CAIA

Jack is a Vice President of Institutional Sales at Raymond James Investment Management.  Chartwell Investment Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Investment Management. Jack joined Chartwell in 2022. Previously, Jack was a Vice President of Taft-Hartley Services with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was a Senior Consultant for NEPC. Jack also worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a Portfolio Manager and as a Financial Advisor.

Joseph A. Barilotti, Jr.

Joe is a Vice President of Institutional Sales at Raymond James Investment Management.  Chartwell Investment Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Investment Management. Joe has been with Chartwell since 1999. Previously, Joe was a Vice President with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. In addition to his Client Services and Marketing responsibilities, Joe was also a member of the ESG Committee and the Proxy Voting Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was employed at SEI Investments as a Mutual Fund Analyst.

John has been with Chartwell since 2000. Previously, John was the Director of Taft-Hartley Services with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. Prior to joining Chartwell, John was a Vice President of Marketing and Client Service at Delaware Investment Advisers.  Earlier in his career, John was employed by the Luxottica Group as a Manager of Marketing and Client Service.

Melissa L. Haupt

Melissa is a Director of Client Administration on Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. Melissa is also involved in the ESG Committee, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and the Proxy Voting Committee. She joined Chartwell in 2016 from The Killen Group, where she was the Manager of Client Services & Communications. Melissa has also worked for Context Capital Partners and Urban Outfitters, Inc.
