Jack A. Brodsky, CFA®, CAIA®

Jack is a Vice President of Taft-Hartley Services with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was a Senior Consultant for NEPC. Jack also worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a Portfolio Manager and as a Financial Advisor.

  • B.A. in Economics from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill
  • CFA®; charterholder and member of the CFA®Institute and the CFA®Society of Nevada
  • Holds the CAIA® designation

Lynette S. Treible

Lynette has been with Chartwell Investment Partners since our inception in 1997. She currently serves as a Director of Client Communications on our Marketing and Client Service team.

Laura A. Peppel

Laura is a Marketing Associate on the Marketing and Client Service team. Prior to coming to Chartwell, she was a Senior Contract Analyst at Sunoco, LLC and a Marketing Associate at Turner Investments. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing related roles at ING Clarion Real Estate Securities (CBRE Clarion RES), DuPont Capital Management and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.  Laura began her career at Legg Mason Real Estate Services.

Melissa L. Haupt

Melissa is a Director of Client Administration on Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. Melissa is also involved in the ESG Committee, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and the Proxy Voting Committee. She joined Chartwell from The Killen Group, where she was the Manager of Client Services & Communications. Melissa has also worked for Context Capital Partners and Urban Outfitters, Inc.

Victoria Baker

Vicky is Director of Marketing with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. She is also a member of Chartwell’s ESG Committee and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, she worked as a Senior Marketing and Client Services Associate at CBRE Clarion Securities and as a RFP Associate at Turner Investments. Early in her career, she worked in marketing related roles at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. and Morgan Stanley AIP.

John E. Andress

Joseph A. Barilotti, Jr.

Joe is Vice President with Chartwell’s Marketing and Client Service team. In addition to his Client Services and Marketing responsibilities, Joe is also a member of the ESG Committee and the Proxy Voting Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was employed at SEI Investments as a Mutual Fund Analyst.

Michael J. McCloskey

Mike is Director of Client Services at Chartwell and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s institutional distribution efforts. He is a founding partner of Chartwell and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee as well the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to Chartwell, he was a Vice President at Delaware Investment  Advisors. He also worked as Director of Marketing at RTE Asset Management and at the Travelers Asset Management Group.
