John T. Sepanski

John is an Analyst on Chartwell’s large cap equity investment team and joined Chartwell in 2022. Prior to joining Chartwell, John was employed at The Legacy Foundation, LLC, where he served as an Investment Analyst. John is also a Level 2 CFA candidate.

Allen A. Chapracki, CFA®

Allen is a Director of ESG, Risk and Analysis and is responsible for developing Chartwell’s sustainability program, quantitative monitoring of Chartwell’s strategies, and assisting with Chartwell’s private client accounts. Allen has been with Chartwell since 2016. Allen is also part of the ESG Committee and the Technology Committee. Prior to this role, Allen was a Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for serving the independent channel on Chartwell’s Advisor Services group. Before joining Chartwell, Allen was Director of Analytics and Product Management at the Killen Group and a Research Analyst at the Killen Group prior to that.  He also worked as a Business Valuation Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche early in his career.

Mark D. Tindall, CFA®

Mark is a Portfolio Manager for Chartwell’s equity investment team managing the large cap growth strategy and has been with Chartwell since 2018. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mark was a member of the equity team at Columbia Partners and served as a co-team leader on their large cap equity portfolios. Prior to joining Columbia Partners, Mark spent four years analyzing equity securities at Invesco. He also previously held research positions in the economics departments at Morgan Stanley and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Jeffrey D. Bilsky

Jeff is a Portfolio Manager on Chartwell’s equity investment team managing the Dividend Value Strategy and joined Chartwell in 2013. Prior to joining Chartwell, Jeff was employed at Cruiser Capital, where he served as a Research Analyst. Previously, he was a Vice President in Institutional Sales and Trading at Hudson Securities. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked at Bank of America as an Analyst in Institutional Sales and Trading.

Douglas W. Kugler, CFA®

Doug is a Senior Portfolio Manager on Chartwell’s equity investment team managing the covered call strategy and joined Chartwell in 2003. He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, he held several positions at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (Miller Anderson & Sherrerd) including Head of Mutual Fund Administration and Vice President and Treasurer of the MAS Funds. His last position held was Senior Associate and Analyst for the large cap value team. Earlier in his career, he worked at Price Waterhouse (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and then was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Accounting Officer at Provident Financial Processing Corporation.

Peter M. Schofield, CFA®

Pete is a Senior Portfolio Manager on Chartwell’s equity investment team managing the dividend value strategy and has been with Chartwell since 2010. Pete also serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Chartwell, he was a Co-Chief Investment Officer at Knott Capital and a Portfolio Manager at Sovereign Asset Management. He also spent time as a portfolio manager at Geewax, Terker & Company.
